01. One for "Donald"

Can't help but think "Steely Dan" on this one. Has a contemporary solid drum groove, swelling electric piano add smooth jazz guitar over top, jazz with a hook! (who'd a thought).

02. Marimba Snowfall

Tempo: Slow

Beautiful piece begins with a spatial "tick tock" between marimba and piano. After a harmonic twist, marimba cascades over gentle low end piano. You can see the snow fall and the ice crystals form.

03. Stately Manor

Tempo: Med

Orchestration, with strings and brass open this proud and positive piece of music suitable for the Oval Office.

04. Hip-no-tize Me

Tempo: Med

Track celebrates the synthetic sound. Opening with a mesmerizing pulse of synth, with stereo effect between right and left. Guitar solos over top bringing focus over the hypnotizing echo below.

05. Bottom Stomp

Tempo: Slow

Heavy back beat on snare, solid bass riff rattles underneath. Distortion on guitar rarely deviates from the low end. Aggressive, assertive, big bottom. Think Frankenstein on the dance floor.

06. Soft Pedal

Tempo: Med

This track begins with synthesized drums that create a lite and unobtrusive groove. Acoustic piano creates a "pedal" that gives the track a sense of anticipation. A synth keyboard dances over the top, adding a playful melody which releases into a joyful refrain.

07. Mind "Shaft"

Tempo: Up

Reminiscent of the romantic disco era. A steady beat underneath the "tst, tst" of the high hat gives the track a dance momentum. Enter tremolo strings; the 70's are no longer a distant memory.
